A non-refundable deposit of $895 USD is required to reserve your space.
A $500 USD late fee will be added for deposits paid after July 1, 2023.

Balance Due: You may pay the balance in full or in $1000 USD installments at your own pace, provided the balance is paid by July 1, 2023. A $500 USD late fee will be applied if the balance is not paid in full by July 1, 2023.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded, less the $895 USD deposit, if the cancellation is made before July 1, 2023. Payments are non-refundable after this date.

Scholarship applications: Scholarship application deadline is March 31, 2023 and must be accompanied by the deposit. If you are not granted a subsidy by May 1, 2023 you may opt to cancel your registration for a full refund of your deposit by May 1, 2023. If you do not exercise this option, you will automatically be registered as a non-scholarship participant on May 1, 2023. 

Transfers: Non-scholarship registrations may be transferred to another approved teacher prior to August 1, 2023. Please contact Jules to approve and facilitate the transfer.
