Membership Details
This is not another monthly membership. You only pay once to join. I actively contributed streaming yoga classes to the program for 1 year (until July 1, 2023), at which point my contributions retired (you will continue to have lifetime access, however). In total, the collection included about 5 x Recorded Livestream Zoom classes, 4 x Standalone classes, 2 x 4-class Series, 12 x Skill/Focus short lessons, and 8 x Lecture segments throughout the year. That’s 36 videos in all with no recurring charges!  Each full-length class includes a downloadable/printable pdf of the sequence you can take notes and make it your own. Thanks for being a part of this incredible community!
Members of the Practice Collection will enjoy:
- Pop-up live classes on Zoom
- Pre-recorded class series
- Standalone classes
- Skill/focus shorts
- Selected clips “riffs” from online courses
- Comments turned on for maximum engagement
Additionally, complete classes include a downloadable pdf of the sequence for you to take notes on and fill out according to your unique teaching style.

Thank you for this class, Jules. As yoga teachers, we are always holding space for that inquiry for our students, so it was such a gift to pause, “settle in,” and really tune in. I also rarely practice full backbends like Urdhva Dhanurasana. But I decided to since you made the thoughtful connection between the forward bending being a great precursor to backbends. In my head, I always just thought milder back extension was a precursor to more intense back extension, haha. But it was a completely different feeling when I went up in the backbend. Especially looking at it from the perspective of the shoulders in relation to the pelvis. And YES to that strap in Warrior 2! That was amazing. Looking forward to working my way through the rest of the classes. Also, I love it when you say it’s not about achieving the pose, but about what we can learn from it. 🙂
Autonomy! I love it. Thank you for the authentic delivery of these thought-provoking somatics. So much to chew on here that can be carried off the mat and into my day for a deeper connection. I spent the remainder of the day puzzling over the line of gravity and lines of force as I moved about my life. I was pretty much never not yoga-ing.
Beautiful class. Thank you!! And I agree that the side sit at the wall is VERY informative! Wow! Also, love the very first twist exploration and in general, the flex rotate, extend rotate progression explored in various poses – brings so many possibilities to mind and has left me feeling so open and free in my rib cage and shoulders. Yay!
